How to Delete Your Account

You can request permanent account deletion from the app settings. Because this is a serious action, Plantee asks you to confirm that you understand the consequences before the request is submitted.

Deleting your account is designed to be permanent. If you are unsure, contact support before completing the process.

What to expect

• You will be asked to confirm the request explicitly.
• Pending rewards or unfinished activity may be affected.
• The deletion process may take time to complete after the request is made.

If you need help during the deletion window, contact support as soon as possible. Do not assume an in-app undo option will be available after confirmation.
